Dental care and treatment at the practice

We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment and treatment options with you, giving you time to ask questions and consider alternatives.

You will be provided with

• A written treatment plan and an estimate of the cost of each course of your treatment
• Treatment guarantees
• Full range of preventative treatment and advice for your children

Your Responsibilities as a Patient

• Follow your Dentists advice to prevent tooth decay and gum disease
• Provide proof of entitlement to assistance with the cost of NHS treatment
• Pay all charges, whether NHS or Private
• If any patient is abusive or violent to any member of staff, they will be refused treatment, and the PCT will be informed

Missed Appointments

Patients must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Patients, who continue to miss appointments without informing the practice, may be refused treatment
